§ 23.49.050 APPEAL OR REVIEW AND NOTICES.
   Any applicant or the operator and/or owner of a Computer Game and Internet Access Center may appeal a final decision of the Director of Community Development, the DRB or the Planning Commission. All appeals shall be processed in accordance with § 23.76.090 of this code, including required fees.
