§ 23.38.010 PURPOSE.

   The purpose of these provisions regarding the conversion of apartments to condominiums is:

   (A)   To reduce the impact on conversions on displaced tenants by providing for relocation assistance and adequate notification;

   (B)   To promote the safety of conversion projects and correction of building code violations;

   (C)   To upgrade existing residential uses to current building and zoning code standards; and

   (D)   To provide for purchaser protection.
