(A) There is hereby created a zoning overlay district known as the “downtown revitalization district” (hereinafter referred to as “district”), the boundaries of which shall be as shown upon the map attached to and made a part of Ordinance No. 3912.
(B) Effective January 1, 1990, the boundaries of the downtown revitalization district are hereby amended as shown upon the map attached to and made a part of Ordinance No. 4123.
