§ 23.26.030 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.
   All uses permitted in the CPD zone, except for fortunetelling businesses as defined in Chapter 5.14 of this code and office uses on the first floor fronting on Main Street, shall be allowed in the CBD zone, subject to the issuance of a commercial planned development permit as provided for in Chapter 23.62.
