The following uses may be permitted subject to the approval of a conditional use permit pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 23.66 of this title:
(A) A non-state-licensed family day care facility for children for seven or more children, including the natural or adoptive children who reside at the home;
(B) One guest house, only when the property abuts the R-3 zone;
(C) Churches;
(D) Fire and police stations;
(E) Educational institutions;
(F) Libraries and museums;
(G) Parks and playgrounds;
(H) Nursery schools;
(I) Fraternities and sororities;
(J) Public service and utility structures and facilities;
(K) Bathroom facilities (sink, toilet and shower) in accessory structures, subject to the provisions of § 23.44.040(A)(5).
