§ 23.08.095 COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES.
   No vehicle which is registered for commercial purposes pursuant to the applicable provisions of the California Vehicle Code and which exceeds three tons in unladen weight, any semi truck cab or semi truck trailer shall be parked or left standing on part of any residentially zoned property, in excess of 30 consecutive minutes unless actual loading or unloading of the vehicle is in progress.
