§ 23.04.810 ZONING CLEARANCE.
   ZONING CLEARANCE means a ministerial certificate issued by the Department of Community Development prior to issuance of any building permit to ensure that the proposed improvement complies with all of the provisions of the zone in which it is located, as well as all other applicable provisions of this title.
