§ 23.04.747 SWIMMING POOL.
   SWIMMING POOL. Any body of water created by artificial means which is designed, intended for use, or used, for swimming or immersion purposes by men, women, or children, which has a minimum depth of 18 inches and is permanently installed. The term POOL includes above and below ground swimming pools, spas, hot tubs; POOL does not include plumbing fixtures such as bathtubs nor does it apply to man-made lakes, reservoirs, water conservation purposes, or irrigation purposes.
