§ 23.04.680 SATELLITE DISH ANTENNA.
   SATELLITE DISH ANTENNA means a device incorporating a reflective surface that is solid, open mesh, or bar configured and is in the shape of a dish, cone, horn, or cornucopia that is used to transmit and/or receive radio or electromagnetic waves between terrestrially and/or orbitally based uses. This definition includes but is not limited to devices commonly referred to as satellite earth stations, TVROs and satellite microwave antennae.
