§ 23.04.665 RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY.
   RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY means any family home or group care facility for 24-hour non-medical care of persons in need of personal services, supervision or assistance essential for sustaining the activities of daily living or for the protection of the individuals, excluding jails and other detention facilities.
