§ 23.04.585 NONCONFORMING USE.
   NONCONFORMING USE means a use which was lawfully established and maintained, but which because of the application of this title to it, no longer conforms to the regulations of the zone in which it is located. A nonconforming building or nonconforming portion of a building shall be deemed to constitute a nonconforming use of the land upon which it is located.
