§ 23.04.575 NONCONFORMING SIGN.
   NONCONFORMING SIGN means a sign which lawfully existed prior to the effective date of this title, or any amendment thereto, but which fails by reason of such adoption or amendment to conform to all of the standards and regulations of this adopted or amended title.
