MOTEL means an establishment which provides transient accommodations and contains one or more guest rooms with at least 50% of all rooms having direct access to the outside without the necessity of passing through the main lobby of the building. MOTEL also includes auto court, motor lodge, motor inn, motor hotel and tourist court.
