§ 23.04.185 COMMUNITY APARTMENT PROJECT.
   COMMUNITY APARTMENT PROJECT means a development of real property in which an undivided interest in the land is coupled with the right to the exclusive occupancy of a designated apartment located thereon and which is legally defined by applicable state law.
