§ 22.64.100 MULTIPLE FINAL MAPS.
   (A)   Pursuant to Cal. Gov't Code § 66456.1, multiple final maps may be filed prior to the expiration of the tentative map if:
      (1)   The subdivider informs the city at the time of filing of the tentative map of his intention to file multiple final maps, or
      (2)   After the filing of the tentative map, the subdivider and the city agree to the filing of multiple final maps.
   (B)   In providing such notice, the subdivider shall not be required to define the number or configuration of the proposed final maps. The city may impose reasonable conditions relating to the filing of multiple final maps.
