§ 17.04.030 CESSPOOL OR DRY WELL.
   CESSPOOL or DRY WELL mean an excavation in the ground which receives the discharge of a drainage system, or part thereof, so designed and constructed to retain organic matter and solids discharged therein, but permitting the liquids to seep through the bottom and sides and approved and constructed as required by ordinances of the city.
