§ 16.04.110 HOUSE CONNECTION SEWER.
   HOUSE CONNECTION SEWER means that part of the horizontal piping beginning 24 inches from the exterior wall of the building or structure and extending to its connection with the public sewer or cesspool, or septic tank or sewage treatment plant through where is discharged domestic or industrial liquid waste.
