The following described area shall constitute an off-street parking lot and shall be known as parking lot 17:
Lot 8, Block B of W.E. Ferguson's Subdivision, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 92, mis-cellaneous records of the Los Angeles County; and
The northerly 113 feet of the southerly 125 feet of that north-south alley closed to vehicular traffic by Resolution No. R74-73, 15 feet wide, lying easterly of and adjoining the easterly line of Lot 7 in Block B of W. E. Ferguson's Subdivision, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 92 of miscellaneous records in the office of the County Recorder of the county.
