The following described area shall constitute an off-street parking meter zone and shall be known as parking lot seven:
Lots 25, 26 and 27 of Block B of the McKoon Tract, as per map recorded in book 4, page 2, of maps, in the office of the County Recorder, and
Lots eight, nine, ten and the north 47 feet of lot 11, block B, of the C. T. Adams Resubdivision, as per map recorded in book 15, page 80 of mis-cellaneous records in the office of the County Recorder.
