The following described areas shall constitute an off-street parking zone and shall be known as parking lot four:
Lots 13, 17 and 20, Block A, Pomeroy and Stimson's Subdivision, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 51 of miscellaneous records in the office of the County Recorder; and
The easterly 100 feet of that east-west alley closed to vehicular traffic by Resolution No. R74-72, 14 feet wide, lying northerly of and adjoining the northerly lines of Lots 8 to 12, inclusive, in Block A of Pomeroy and Stimson's Subdivision of the Town, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 51 of miscellaneous records in the office of the County Recorder of the county.
