The following described area shall constitute an off-street parking zone and shall be known as parking lot two:
Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and lot 13, except the southeasterly 30 feet of lot 13, and lot 20, except the southeasterly 30 feet of the lot twenty, block G, Alhambra Library Tract, as per map recorded in book 29, page 27 of miscellaneous records in the office of the County Recorder of the county.
