§ 152.21 PLANTING; CITY RESPONSIBLE.
   Except as provided in §§ 152.23 through 152.25, the planting of all street trees shall be done according to the Tree Board’s City Tree Plan, at the expense of the city, and with proper permit. The requirements of the Standards and Specifications Manual, § 152.06, shall be adhered to.
