§ 152.23 PUBLIC UTILITIES RESPONSIBLE.
   Public utilities are not exempt from the responsibility for the replacement of street trees which must be removed in order to maintain utility lines. The requirements of the Standards and Specifications Manual, § 152.06, shall be adhered to.
