(A) Installation of curbs. Any person desiring to install a curb in an existing driveway shall notify the Street Department at least 24 hours in advance of the commencement of such work.

(B) Where curbs required. Where the use of a driveway has ceased, the abutting property owner shall install curbs after the city directs him or her to do so following the procedures set forth in this chapter.
