§ 151.41 TAMPERING WITH GRADE STAKES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to tamper with or in any way interfere with any grade stake for any sidewalk.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the contractor who is building, repairing, re-laying, or replacing a sidewalk to prevent any tampering with said grade stakes.
