(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually-oriented business without a valid license or in violation of § 113.40 is subject to a suit for injunction. Such violations shall be punishable by a fine based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time. Each day a sexually-oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
