§ 111.04 INSURANCE.
   No taxicab license shall be issued unless the applicant for same has in force and effect a current automobile insurance policy issued by an insurance company licensed to do business in the state. The minimum amounts of insurance shall be based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
