§ 110.06 MAINTAINING ORDER AND SAFETY.

(B) Crowds. The licensee shall ensure that the licensed premises do not become crowded so as to constitute a hazard to the health or safety of any person on the premises.

(C) Attendant. The licensee shall provide an attendant over the age of 18 years of age to be present on the licensed premises at all times during the business hours.
