The maintaining, placing, depositing, leaving, or permitting to be or remain on any public or private property an abandoned vehicle, as defined in § 92.01(B), is hereby declared to be and shall constitute a nuisance, and in addition to the other enforcement remedies set forth in this chapter, the Building Inspector, Building Commissioner, Planning Director, Planning Commissioner, or any law enforcement officer may, in his or her sole discretion, cite a violation of §§ 92.01 and 92.03 through 92.15 directly into the City Court or other court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement of the violation. The penalty for the violation shall be in accordance with § 10.99.
