§ 91.54 FALSE REPORTS.
   (A)   It is a violation of this chapter for a person, firm, or corporation to willfully and knowingly sign a compliance card attesting that a code violation has been corrected when such person, firm, or corporation has actual knowledge that the code violation has not been corrected.
   (B)   All violations under this section shall be subject to the civil penalty provisions of § 10.99 contained herein.
