§ 91.38 FIREWORKS.
   (A)   The use of consumer fireworks, as that term is defined in I.C. 22-11-14-1 and amended from time to time, shall be allowed only within the corporate limits of the city during the following days and times:
      (1)   Between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and two hours after sunset on June 29, June 30, July 1 through 3, and July 5 through 9;
      (2)   Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., midnight, on July 4; and
      (3)   Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. on December 31 and 1:00 a.m. on January 1.
   (B)   Any person using consumer fireworks other than as set forth within this section commits a violation and shall be warned upon the first violation.
   (C)   No other use of consumer fireworks shall be permitted within the corporate limits.
