(A) The owner of the vicious animal shall notify the Police Department or ACO immediately upon becoming aware that a vicious animal is running at large, is no longer confined, or has attacked another animal or human being.
(B) The owner of this animal shall notify the APD or ACO within 24 hours if the animal has died or has been sold or given away.
(C) If a vicious animal has been sold or given away, the owner shall provide the APD or ACO with a name, address, and telephone number of the new owner of the vicious animal within 24 hours of the time the transfer occurs.
