§ 90.041 DUTIES OF OWNER OF SUSPECTED RABID ANIMAL.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any owner knowing or suspecting an animal to have rabies to allow such an animal to leave his or her premises except to be taken to the AAS or to a licensed veterinarian.
   (B)   Every owner, upon ascertaining an animal is rabid, shall immediately notify the ACO or the County Health Officer.
