§ 90.007 ABANDONMENT, NEGLECT, AND CRUELTY PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for a person who owns a domestic vertebrate animal to recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally abandon, neglect, or commit cruelty to such animal.
