§ 90.003 DOMESTICATED FARM ANIMALS, FEED LOTS, BARNS, AND STOCK PENS.
   (A)   Domesticated farm animals. It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to maintain cows, swine, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, or ducks within the city limits unless otherwise specifically permitted by city ordinance. However, it shall be lawful for a person to maintain a potbellied pig as a pet within the city limits.
   (B)   Feed lots, barns, and stock pens. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep within the city limits, any feeding pens, lots, or barns for the stabling and feeding of any cattle, dairy cattle, swine, seven or more hens, chickens, rooster chickens, horses, sheep, goats, or ducks for feeding or dairying purposes or to erect or maintain a stock pen used for feeding or pasture of cattle or hogs. All pens for such purposes are declared a nuisance and dangerous to the public health of the citizens of the city.
