(B) Tyler Street, eastbound, and consolidated railway crossing. Drivers on Tyler Street shall stop within 50 feet, but not less than ten feet, from the nearest track at such graded crossing and shall proceed only upon the exercise of due care after coming to a complete stop.

(C) Penalty. Every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of divisions (A) and (B) above shall be fined not more than a rate based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
