(A) Designated roads. The Common Council may prohibit the use of vehicles on certain roads, streets, and highways that are under the jurisdiction of the city if the operation of the vehicles poses a danger. This subchapter shall be amended from time to time to include those roads deemed unsuitable for their use.
(B) Sidewalks. Vehicles shall not be operated on sidewalks.
(C) State highways. Vehicles may not be operated on state highways except as provided herein or pursuant to I.C. 14-16-1-20(a).
