(A) Insurance. The owner of any registered vehicle shall maintain insurance on said vehicle and provide proof of the same upon request by the Police Department.
(B) License requirement. The operation of a vehicle on a public highway in the state without a valid motor vehicle driver’s license is prohibited by I.C. 14-16-1-20(c).
