(A) Golf carts shall be subject to the city’s traffic and parking regulations as contained in Chapters 71 and 72 herein.
(B) Other than to cross a state highway at a right angle, no golf cart shall be allowed on state highways within the corporate limits of the city.
(C) Golf cart operation shall be subject to the state’s traffic rules and regulations and all other provisions of this subchapter.
(D) A violation of any part of this subchapter shall be deemed a Class C infraction. A fine assessed for violation of this subchapter shall be deposited into the General Operating Fund of the city.
