§ 73.03 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall ride a bicycle, roller blades, roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards, or similar devices in Harrison Square Park or upon a sidewalk within the downtown area of the city which, for purposes of this section, is defined as follows:
      (1)   On Harrison Street between Monroe Street and Mill Street;
      (2)   On Washington Street between Clinton Street and West Street;
      (3)   On Church Street between Clinton Street and North West Street;
      (4)   On John Street between the first north/south alley east of Harrison Street and Canal Street;
      (5)   On Madison Street between Canal Street and Harrison Street;
      (6)   On Garfield Street between Canal Street and Harrison Street; and
      (7)   On Broadway Street between Canal Street and Harrison Street.
   (B)   Any person riding a bicycle, roller blades, in-line skates, skateboards, or similar devices shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and give an audible signal before overtaking and passing the pedestrian.
