§ 72.23 VIOLATIONS OF DISABILITY PARKING.
   (A)   Any person who parks a motor vehicle which does not have displayed a person with a physical disability’s or a disabled veteran’s placard issued under I.C. 9-18.5-8 or under the laws of another state or a disability or disabled veteran’s registration plate issued under I.C. 9-18.5-5, under I.C. 9-18.5-8-1, or under the laws of another state in a parking space reserved under this division (A) for a person with a physical disability’s parking vehicle shall be deemed to have committed a Class C infraction.
   (B)   Any person who knowingly parks in a reserved disability parking space while displaying a placard to which neither driver nor passenger is entitled shall be deemed to have committed a Class C infraction.
   (C)   Any person who displays for use in parking in a reserved disability parking space a placard or special license plate that was not issued under I.C. 5-16-9 and I.C. 9-18.5-1 or under the laws of another state shall be deemed to have committed a Class C infraction.
