§ 50.21 WRAPPING GARBAGE AND REFUSE.
   (A)   (1)   Draining and wrapping garbage. All garbage, before being placed in any required garbage container, shall be drained of all liquids and wrapped in paper or other similar material.
      (2)   Bundling refuse. Any refuse which is set out for collection shall be bundled.

   (B)   No slop, rubbish, poisonous substance, or night soil shall be wrapped in the same package as garbage.
