The term
SNOW EMERGENCY ZONE shall mean any route, area, place, or part of any street, road, cul-de-sac, public right-of-way, or highway designated by the Chief of Police or other authorized city official. On such route, area, place or part of any street, road, cul-de-sac, or public right-of-way or highway designated as a snow emergency zone, special signs shall be posted to this effect.
