(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a truck over one ton in capacity in any residential section for longer than one hour except when loading or unloading.

(B) No person shall park any truck, tractor, trailer, or semitrailer upon any street or public way within the limits of the city between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This prohibition shall not apply to commercial vehicles on regular delivery or service calls for the actual time taken and consumed by them in the making of such delivery or service.
