§ 72.14 PARKING IN CUL-DE-SACS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park or stop a motor vehicle around or within the perimeter of an area known as a cul-de-sac, or more commonly known and referred to as a circle, which cul-de-sac or circle areas are located within the boundaries of the city.

   (B)   The city is hereby authorized and directed to erect signs indicating no parking of motor vehicles in the area stated in division (A) above and in Chapter 75, Schedule I, and may further designate these areas to be no-parking zones by painting the curbline yellow.
   (C)   The Police Department is hereby directed to issue city citations for the violation of division (A) above and Chapter 75, Schedule I, with a fine payable to the city in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation. Revenue from these parking violations may be retained by the city pursuant to KRS 65.120.
   (D)   In the event of a violator who has been cited by city citation for any of the parking violations stated above fails to pay the fine set forth in division (D) of this section within seven days of the date of the citation, that violator shall be cited to Campbell District Court. The violator shall then be punished by a fine as set forth in § 72.99 for each offense.
