§ 72.06 PARKING TIME LIMITED.
   (A)   A vehicle left upon a county road or city street for three (3) consecutive days shall be presumed to be abandoned.
   (B)   When a vehicle is presumed to be abandoned under division (A) of this section, the provisions of KRS 189.751 shall be used to dispose of the vehicle.
