3-2-8: CLASSIFICATION AND FEES:
All liquor licenses are hereby divided into the following classes with their respective numbers authorized and their respective annual fees payable pursuant to title 13, "Schedule Of Fees" , of this Code.
   (A)   Class A licenses shall be issued to authorize a club to make retail sales of all types of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises only, the term "premises" also including any real estate owned or leased by the club and not being restricted to "licensed premises" as defined herein.
   (B)   Class B licenses shall authorize the sale at retail of all types of alcoholic liquor in original packages solely for consumption off the premises only. The total number of Class B liquor licenses issued by the City shall not exceed a total of two (2).
   (C)   Class C licenses shall authorize the sale at retail of all types of alcoholic liquor for consumption either on or off the premises. That the total number of Class C liquor licenses issued by the City shall not exceed a total of six (6).
   (D)   Class D licenses shall authorize the sale at retail of all types of alcoholic liquor by a restaurant or a bowling alley for consumption on the premises only. That the total number of Class D liquor licenses issued by the City shall not exceed a total of five (5).
   (E)   Class E licenses shall authorize the sale at retail of all types of alcoholic liquor by a banquet or event hall that hosts short term events such as wedding receptions or other similar events, provided that such sales of alcohol shall be for consumption on the premises only. That the total number of Class D liquor licenses issued by the City shall not exceed a total of zero (0). (Ord. 12/2017, 6-5-2017; amd.
