The plan commission shall meet on the third Thursday of the month in the Aledo City Hall for the purpose of transacting such business, as may properly come before said commission. Special meetings of the plan commission may be called by the chairman or any simple majority of members of the commission by written notice given to each member of the commission at least five (5) days prior to said special meeting.
