Expenses for travel, meals, and lodging of: a) any officer or employee of the City which exceeds the maximum reimbursement allowed under section 1-22-5 of this chapter or b) any member of the City Council may only be approved by roll call vote at an open meeting of the Corporate Authorities of the City of Aledo. However, in the event of an emergency or other extraordinary circumstances, the City Council may approve more than the maximum allowable expenses set forth above. (Ord. 21/2017, 5-15-2017)
