(B) Any person who fails to pay a parking violation, as set forth in subsection (A) of this section, within ten (10) days after the issuance of the parking violation shall be subject to an increased fine as laid out in the table below:

(C) Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. This section shall in no way abrogate or impair the right of the city to specifically enforce, by any legal means, any of the provisions of this chapter.
(D) The judgment of a fine as a penalty for a violation(s) of this code shall in no way abrogate or impair action or order of restitution for loss or damage to the city of Aledo, or any third party, caused by the actions of the party so penalized, including, but not limited to, the removal of improperly parked vehicles by city of Aledo employees, or towing by towing companies authorized by the city of Aledo.
